1. Consultation times allow for the completion of the consultants notes and care plans
2. Costs are inclusive of VAT but are subject to additional cost for any toll fees and mileage over 5 miles from the consultant’s house. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile. All monies are payable prior to the commencement of the session.
