Gut health plays an important role in digestion, immunity, behaviour, mood, and appetite.
By supporting gut health early, we help families address nutrition challenges at their source. This reduces the need for short‑term or restrictive approaches.

We offer compassionate, non‑judgemental care that supports the whole family. At Nutrition 4 All we believe everyone should eat what nature provides and grow as nature intended, happy and healthy and well

Weight Management and Body Weight Concerns
We support adults with weight loss, weight gain, and long-term weight management. Care focuses on health, energy, and sustainable habits rather than quick fixes or restrictive diets. Appointments include personalised meal guidance, support with eating patterns, and realistic strategies that fit daily life.

Healthy Eating
Many people feel confused & overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice when it comes to healthy eating. We provide clear, evidence-based guidance in plain language. Support focuses on understanding balanced eating, portion guidance, and practical food choices without unnecessary rules or extremes.
Digestive Health and Gut Issues
Digestive symptoms such as bloating, constipation, reflux, and IBS are common. We assess diet, symptoms, and gut health together. Care includes identifying triggers, improving tolerance, and supporting digestive comfort while maintaining a balanced and varied diet.

Nutritional Deficiencies
Low levels of nutrients can affect physical & mental health and wellbeing. We assess dietary intake, symptoms, and medical history. Support includes food-based strategies and supplement advice when appropriate, with ongoing monitoring.

-
Vitamin D deficiency is common across age groups
-
Iron deficiency is more common in women of reproductive age
-
Folate (B9) deficiency — common, particularly in women who may become pregnant
-
Iodine deficiency — seen in young adults
-
Selenium, magnesium, potassium, zinc — frequent shortfalls in UK adults
-
Fibre — widespread low intake impacting general nutrition and health in UK adults
Deficiencies reflect food supply, dietary habits, limited sunlight exposure, and broader lifestyle factors.
Diet Trends and Social Media Advice
Online diet trends can be misleading or harmful. We help clients understand which advice is evidence-based and which is not. Support focuses on safe, informed choices that protect both physical health and your relationship with food.

Meal Planning and Food Choices
We support adults who want help with meal planning, snacks, and food shopping. Care focuses on simple, affordable options and healthier convenience foods. Plans are designed to fit work, family life, and time pressures.
Nutrition for Energy and Daily Function
Low energy and poor concentration are common concerns. We review meal timing, balance, and hydration. Support focuses on fuelling the body consistently to support work, activity, and daily wellbeing.

Nutrition for Long-Term Health Conditions
We provide nutrition support for conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure. Advice is personalised and works alongside medical care. The focus is on balanced eating that supports long-term health without unnecessary restriction.
Food Intolerances and Suspected Reactions
Many adults suspect food intolerances but feel unsure how to manage symptoms. We provide structured assessment and guidance to avoid unnecessary exclusions. Support focuses on symptom management while maintaining adequate nutrition and food variety.

Protein and Macronutrient Balance
Questions about protein, carbohydrates, and fats are common. We provide clear guidance on how to balance meals for health, strength, and energy. Advice is tailored to activity level, health needs, and personal goals.
