Join our Wirral-based Antenatal Group workshops (in person) at Nutrition4All, designed to equip you with essential knowledge for parenthood. In three informative sessions, we cover nurturing your baby's brain development, preparing for labour and delivery, fostering your mental health as a new parent and caring for and feeding your baby. With our expert guidance, confidently embark on your journey into parenthood with the resources and support you need. Additional session on Nutrition 4 Pregnancy is bookable separately.
