What makes us different is our Focus on Gut Health
Gut health plays an important role in digestion, immunity, behaviour, mood, and appetite.
By supporting gut health early, we help families address nutrition challenges at their source. This reduces the need for short‑term or restrictive approaches.

We offer compassionate, non‑judgemental care that supports the whole family. At Nutrition 4 All we believe everyone should eat what nature provides and grow as nature intended, happy and healthy and well
Our team can support a wide range of nutrition concerns, including, but not limited to:

Weight Concerns: Weight Loss & Weight Gain
Weight concerns are addressed with a whole-health approach. Nutrition support focuses on nourishment, growth, energy, and wellbeing rather than numbers or restriction. Our Dietitians help children build regular eating patterns, challenge harmful beliefs, and support a positive relationship with food.

Our plans focus on:
-
gut‑supportive foods
-
balanced meals
-
realistic lifestyle habits
-
long‑term wellbeing rather than restriction

Nutritional Deficiencies
Low iron, vitamin D, folate, or calcium are common in teenagers. Nutrition support includes identifying causes, improving food sources, and advising on supplements if needed. Dietitians also support meal timing and absorption to help levels improve safely and sustainably.
Social Media and Diet Trends
Social media often promotes restrictive or misleading nutrition advice. Nutrition support helps young people understand which trends are unsafe or unsupported by evidence. Our Dietitians provide clear, factual guidance and help teens make informed choices without fear, guilt, or unnecessary restriction.

Meal Planning and Snack Choices
Nutrition support helps families plan meals and snacks that are realistic and affordable. This includes guidance on balanced meals, healthier snack options, and managing convenience foods. The focus is on regular eating, energy levels, and simple swaps that fit into daily life.
Nutrition for Sports and Physical Activity
Active teenagers need enough fuel to support growth, training, and recovery, and reduce the risk of fatigue & injury.

Our support covers:
-
energy needs,
-
adequate protein for muscle repair,
-
optimal hydration, and timing of meals and snacks

Nutrition in Complex Needs - Texture-Modified Diets, Home Enteral Tube Feeding
Some teens need altered food textures and/or tube feeding due to medical or feeding difficulties. Our Dietitians can help progress textures where possible, working alongside speech and language therapists. They can also help choose the right feed for tube feeding whether used to supplement oral diet or used exclusively to meet nutritional requirements.

Our Dietitians aim to ensure children receive safe and adequate nutrition that promotes good quality of life.

Our support can include:
-
optimising seating to fully engage fine motor skills and encourage self-feeding
