Session Two: Nutrition 4 Mums-to-Be
Good nutrition supports your health and your baby’s development.
This antenatal session gives clear, practical advice and focuses on everyday food choices you can manage.
What makes this session different from other nutrition in pregnancy sessions is our recognition of the importance and significance of gut health.
Gut health supports digestion, immunity, and overall well-being.
Research shows that diet in pregnancy affects both parent’s and baby’s gut health.
